an intensive sales training programme. Armed with first-hand experience
of our extensive product range they will have gained sufficient knowledge
to join our highly trained technical salesforce.
When you become a Besglos customer you are automatically designated
both a salesman and a sales co-ordinator. It is the co-ordinator’s
responsibility to process your orders and ensure that they are promptly
delivered, at the same time keeping the salesman fully informed of your
requirements. Our team of sales co¬ordinators is supervised by the
Sales Administration Manager.

This department comprises several experienced professionals whose primary
concern is to ensure that receive the ultimate in after-sales care.

SHOWROOM & TRAINING
We offer a wide spectrum of products and cleaning equipment to master
every situation and our purpose designed training showroom, featuring
a variety of surfaces, presents itself as a perfect test-ground. Courses
are available which can be tailored to meet the needs of each individual’s
operation. Such courses range from half a day to ongoing training over
a period of several weeks or months.
Examples of the equipment available for your practical training are
— wet and dry vacuums suitable for small to large commercial premises;
and petrol or battery operated sweepers for both internal and external
use, i.e., on shop floors, car parks etc.

MANUFACTURING OPERATION
with a view to ensuring the consistent high quality of finished product
upon which we have built our reputation, we begin by monitoring the
composition of incoming raw materials
Once vetted and approved for production they are then carefully processed
in our mixing tanks conforming stringently to modern formulations evolved
by Besglos’ highly qualified chemists.
Investment in plant which is powered both by gas and electricity, means
uninterrupted supply is assured in the event of a power cut. Quality
control checks continue throughout the various stages of production.
All products are presented in clean, corporate style containers and
are clearly marked with ‘directions for use’.
EQUIPMENT & ENGINEERING
As a major distributor for Taski Cleaning Equipment, we offer you one
of the most diverse ranges available. Taski insists upon thorough training
of our own engineers supported by regular re-training and induction
courses when introducing new machinery to their dynamic range.

engineers will be pleased to effect routine servicing on site. More
involved work such as overhauling can be handled comfortably within
the Besgios Engineering Department.
WAREHOUSING, LOADING AND DESPATCH
Stock maintenance is enhanced by custom-built racking facilities, housed
within our modern temperature controlled premises.

including lorries with integral lifting tailgates enable us to handle
